In our day, the people consider their outlook and beauty by all means; and they desire any operation, so which they shall feel happier and relaxed, strongly. The genital aesthetic operations, which are very popular in abroad for many years, increase in numbers in Turkey too. Frequently; the complaints are shape deformities in the sexual organ coming from birth, color differences, permanent flexing of the vagina coming after giving birth or occurring in time, color changes, volume losses etc. The removal of these complaints relax the patients psychologically and gives them confidence. On the other hand, the hanging down of the vaginal bladder and rectum (the last portion of the intestines before the anus) may cause sexual function faults and some other pathological outcomes such as not being able to control the urinating. Lipid Injection And Filling Materials

Materials The weight losses and post pregnancy outcomes may decrease the volume of the genital area. We take the lipid from another area under local anesthesia, turn it to form in which injection is possible, and finally inject the same to the said requiring area. We obtain results permanent in certain rates. When the labium is smaller and looser than the normal, such lipid transfer makes it seem normal, tighter and younger. We may also apply the ready made synthetic filling materials, which gift a plump image, to the vulva zone. The filling applied to the vagina increases the sensitivity thanks to the obtained fullness.

Labium aesthetics: Labium minoras, i.e. internal lips, may be longer than normal or asymmetric sometimes due to their structural development. Vaginal aesthetic: The vaginal narrowing or regeneration is a surgical application aiming to correct the aesthetic image (that has worsen due to loosening in relation with aging or giving birth) and to increase the sexual pleasure obtained during the intercourse. The loosening is the weakening and hanging down of the muscles and soft tissues of lower genital area of the women naturally in time or due to the trauma occurring after the birth. The vaginal muscles loose, their normal tenseness and resistance decrease and the vaginal control/support functions happen to fall. Resultantly the vagina loosens, its internal and external wideness increases and the sexual pleasure lessens. Surgically, we narrow the vaginal channel and correct the loosen muscle structure. And sometimes there may happen painful or nasty (no pleasure or satisfaction) sexual intercourse due to bad recovered episiotomy.

The cicatrix tissue is then taken under local or total anesthesia and stitched back aesthetically. The sexual satisfaction is eased with clitoris application and particularly lessening the excessive skin on the clitoris.
