Chemical Peeling
The chemical peeling is applied in two types as superficial and deep: The superficial chemical peeling is applied using fruit acids. The deep chemical peeling is applied using phenols and trichloride acetic acids (TCA). The superficial chemical peeling may use glycolic acids of sugar beets and lactic acids from milk. They are more commonly known as alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). These are quite small molecules and accordingly pass the epidermis (upper layer of the skin) easily. However they may not diffuse to the deeper layer of dermis. They trigger the renewal of the cells in epidermis and increase their tolerances against the external impacts. They also succeed in the treatment of superficial stains originating from epidermis. Another superficial peeling is performed with salicylic acids (BHA). This substance more or less affects the epidermis (upper layer of the skin). They are preferred mostly for the treatment of the acnes, white and black spots and also, lesser, for the treatment of stains.

Pigment stains: A sudden increase in the number of the pigmented stains is seen in the summer months. Especially after the summer, while the stains are still on the surface, this treatment is very effective. If you delay the treatment of your stains, they will reach to the deeper layers and removing them becomes harder.
Photo-Aging: It is the dry, small stained skin image that happens on any part of the body due to the sun effects. There is an intense and dead tissue layer is present at the top of the skin. The treatment performs fast skin regeneration.
Acne Acne treatment is hard generally due to the resistance power of the acnes. Many of my patients are satisfied with the apparent reduction of their active acnes. This treatment re-establishes the balance of the skin.
Application After cleaning the skin, easy phytic solution may be applied to face, neck or any problematic area of the body. No disturbing feelings occur in the skin. After spreading with small massage movements, special solutions (depending on the problem of the skin) are applied on the face for masking. There are different solutions for stains, hydralising and acnes. The action lasts 15-20 minutes.
Latest developments in peeling: It is the skin cleaning and regeneration process by removing the dead cells and small wrinkles. The peeling makes the worn layer at the top to be peeled off and accordingly brings the underlying young and brighter layer to come to the surface. The result is a fresher, more tight and more rejuvenated skin. The person may have superficial, medium or deeper peeling depending on the structure of his/her skin. I will talk that how easy TCA application became thanks to the latest technologies (only could be performed under anesthesia in operation rooms in the former times).
Easy Tca TCA is a peeling product which we use for years with very visible results. It used to be applied on a limited number of patients due to the pain and post-application care difficulties. EASY TCA is the most safe, effective and easy peeling type among all the other TCA peelings. No preparation is required before the peeling. Social activities do not need to be postponed. It is a painless method and may be used for the treatment of the photo-aging, treatment of acne traces and also for rejuvenating the tired skin. It is applied four times a week. It does not affect the daily activities and may be even applied during the lunch hour. The peeling occurs however not very disturbing.
Unideep A combined peeling type that may be applied to one or two layers in the papillary dermis level (depending on the thickness of the skin) with the aim of total rejuvenation of the skin. It requires 5 days of rest as away from social activities, however is a very effective method for the skin and cell renewal. It may be applied in combination with a more superficial (EASY TCA) or more deep (ONLY TOUCH) peeling type.
Only touch A deep peeling type applied regionally. It is used for the treatment of the rooted stains and traces on the face, hands or body. A short period of peelings occurs after the application.
